About the Role
The position focuses on maintaining the highest level of product quality, overseeing product and part changes through the ECN process, and leading process‑improvement projects that deliver quality outcomes. • Conduct process audits to ensure correct data capture at each Quality Gate. • Manage non‑conforming material processes. • Solve defects identified on assembly lines and monitor them. • Drive quality circles and continuous quality improvements. • Enable flexible schedules, parental leave, and a holiday purchase scheme. • Support professional development opportunities. • Provide an Employee Assistance Programme for personal goals.
