About the Role

The role involves managing the shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials efficiently, supporting both branch and field service operations, with the possibility of a two‑week rotational shift at remote mine sites as business needs dictate. Key duties include accounting for all materials and supplies, auditing received goods, overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment, preparing shipping and receiving schedules, maintaining the warehouse location system, processing sales orders and invoices, and providing on‑call customer service as required. The operator must adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies, perform risk assessments before tasks, report unsafe conditions or incidents, maintain housekeeping standards, attend safety trainings, and wear the required personal protective equipment. • Account for all materials and supplies; audit received goods. • Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials; generate related reports. • Prepare and coordinate shipping/receiving schedules to control flow and warehouse space. • Ensure effective operating procedures, space utilization, and equipment maintenance. • Process sales orders and invoices; maintain warehouse location system. • Participate in customer on‑call services as needed. • Comply with safety policies, perform risk assessments, and report unsafe conditions. • Maintain orderly work area and complete housekeeping requirements. • Operate forklift and use computerized inventory management systems.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse or inventory experience, forklift operation skill, proficiency with computerized inventory systems, computer literacy, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred assets include experience in mining operations and the ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated team while demonstrating detail‑orientation, time management, and organizational skills. • Minimum one year of warehouse or inventory experience and a high school diploma. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 lb, and hold a valid driver’s license.
