About the Role

The role provides Business Partnering support to NSW locations for operational teams, handling HR generalist activities and reporting to an HR Manager within a larger professional HR team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and assist in driving HR initiatives across the business.

What You Bring

The position requires occasional travel to other sites throughout New South Wales and is based in Auburn, which offers convenient train access and free onsite parking for staff. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of HR experience complemented by a tertiary qualification, experience supporting operational management and interpreting EA Industrial Instruments in a blue‑collar environment, and exposure to employee‑relations case management and investigations. They must possess solid knowledge of contemporary HR practices, including the Fair Work Act, workers’ compensation and anti‑discrimination legislation, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate proactively. • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a tertiary qualification. • Proven ability to support operational teams and interpret EA Industrial Instruments in a blue‑collar setting. • Experience handling employee‑relations cases and investigations. • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, workers’ compensation and anti‑discrimination legislation. • Excellent communication skills; works autonomously and collaborates proactively.
