About the Role
The Project Manager II provides overall management direction on complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgeting while serving as the primary client contact. The role monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the project team and is responsible for the project's financial results and safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Generation and Submittal of Technical Records • Ensure a Safe Work Environment • Participate in Training/Certifications

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of construction experience, or eight years of related experience, is required. Candidates must also have at least two years of experience as a Project Manager I.
