About the Role

At WSP you will work on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, contributing from early concept stages through construction. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop innovative engineering solutions, while ensuring projects meet high standards. • Design and deliver municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, and site‑servicing projects from concept through construction. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create innovative land‑development and municipal engineering solutions. • Lead and support engineering activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices. • Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that drive project success. • Communicate with contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

What You Bring

Success requires a civil engineering degree or diploma and eligibility for APEGA or ASET registration, along with several years of experience in municipal infrastructure design. You must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, and hold a valid driver’s licence. • Hold a civil engineering degree or civil technologist diploma and be eligible for APEGA or ASET registration. • Possess 5+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land‑development design. • Demonstrate proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam. • Familiarity with local construction specifications, materials, and processes. • Maintain a valid driver’s licence and ability to work independently or within a collaborative team.
