What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with construction and industrial tools. Prior equipment‑rental experience, excellent customer‑service and telephone skills, solid computer abilities, and successful completion of the DOT qualification are preferred, while bilingual ability may be advantageous in some locations. The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as needed.
