About the Role
Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing business requirements, analyzing existing workflows, and translating insights into Power Apps, Power Automate flows, AI‑enhanced copilots, and virtual agents. The role involves close collaboration with developers, architects, and IT teams to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability, as well as leading SIT/UAT cycles and driving adoption of generative AI features and custom connectors. Stakeholder engagement, continuous learning of new Microsoft technologies, and the creation of documentation, training materials, and support processes are also essential. • Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into Power Apps, Power Automate, AI copilots, and virtual agent designs. • Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. • Produce business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories for AI‑enhanced processes. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and IT to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and maintainability standards. • Lead SIT/UAT cycles and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. • Drive adoption of generative AI features, custom connectors, and AI Builder components. • Engage and manage relationships with business leaders, technology partners, and end‑users. • Stay current on new Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies. • Design and build enterprise‑grade applications using Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. • Configure AI Builder models, Copilot prompts, and agentic workflows for intelligent automation and conversational capabilities. • Develop custom connectors and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services into Power Platform solutions. • Architect and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles for scalable solutions. • Create robust Power Automate workflows for approvals, integrations, and event‑driven processes. • Rapidly develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to validate business ideas and showcase capabilities. • Apply DLP policies, environment strategies, and security best practices for enterprise governance. • Monitor and optimize application and flow performance; use analytics for continuous improvement. • Manage solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and post‑go‑live support following DevOps practices. • Develop training materials, in‑app guidance, and knowledge‑base documentation to support user adoption.

This individual contributor acts as a strategic bridge between business operations and digital innovation, designing, developing, configuring, and deploying advanced Power Platform solutions, Copilot‑based assistants, and generative AI automation. The focus is rapid business transformation through low‑code apps, conversational bots, AI agents, and seamless SaaS integration. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, and possess 7‑10 years of experience in business analysis, low‑code solution development, or automation project delivery. Expert‑level proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Pages) and direct experience with Copilot Studio are required, along with strong SaaS integration and governance knowledge.
