About the Role
The role centres on testing and commissioning (T&C) activities, where the prime responsibility lies with the GC/TC and oversight is provided by the Project Manager and Construction Manager up to Level 3, with coordination for Levels 4 and 5. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with commissioning standards, verifying test scripts, managing integration plans and facilitating issue resolution between the GC and external agencies. • Develop a detailed commissioning equipment list in coordination with the GC. • Analyse equipment drawings to ensure compliance with client commissioning standards. • Review and validate the GC's detailed commissioning schedule. • Oversee factory witness testing and coordinate the presence of required functional representatives. • Compile and review a commissioning integration plan for MSFT approval. • Maintain an issue log during commissioning and ensure timely closure of items. • Coordinate issue resolution between the GC and other agencies for Level 4 and Level 5 activities.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated testing and commissioning experience on large‑scale or mission‑critical projects. • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, sequencing and best‑practice construction program delivery. • Ability to produce concept‑level schedules, identify major phases and discuss dependencies. • Knowledge of system start‑up sequences and major dependencies. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
