About the Role
Assist skilled craft workers with their assigned duties and, when requested by project supervision, work in other crafts appropriate to your training and skills. You must be able to follow directions from a higher‑skilled worker or foreman. • Eliminate waste by reducing waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Consult a supervisor when unsure about work scope or safety. • Identify and understand safety hazards related to tasks. • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Deliver high‑quality work safely and productively. • Communicate material, tool, and information needs to supervisors. • Navigate confined, cluttered, and uneven work areas. • Use hands frequently to grasp, lift, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and balance on frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Perform safety‑sensitive tasks that could affect personal or others’ safety.

What You Bring
• Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma (preferred). • Bring 1‑3+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction (preferred). • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toed shoes, hard hat). • Reach above shoulder and below waist regularly; stoop, kneel, and bend as needed.
