About the Role
• Develop new business and increase rental market share in the Splendora/North Houston territory • Conduct site visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate rental equipment • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up • Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options using CRM and sales systems • Stay informed on Cat and non‑Cat equipment, including aerial lifts, generators, compressors, and tools • Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals

It targets customers throughout Willis and the North Houston area and is ideal for a self‑motivated, customer‑focused sales professional who thrives in construction, industrial, and facilities‑maintenance markets. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven success in territory or outside sales, preferably in rental equipment • Strong mechanical aptitude and product knowledge • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) • Familiarity with Caterpillar products and rental applications (preferred) • Experience supporting construction, industrial, or municipal customers (preferred)
