About the Role
• Conduct or participate in company quality and technical compliance audits for contractors, sub‑contractors, and vendors. • Review contract documents for each construction package, advising the Project Manager of any QA/QC deficiencies. • Evaluate contractors’ QA/QC site organization and key personnel CVs, providing comments to the Project Manager. • Assess contractors’ QA/QC procedures and document control to ensure compliance with agreement requirements. • Examine inspection and test plans submitted by contractors for conformity with contract specifications. • Attend site activities and verify adherence to the approved QA/QC procedures signed off by the contractor’s QA/QC Manager. • Ensure traceability of all materials and equipment from purchase through delivery on site. • Check delivered materials and equipment against approved specifications for compliance. • Monitor site activities daily, coordinate with PMC discipline engineers, issue NCRs for non‑compliance, and report labour or supervision shortages to the Project Manager. • Participate with PMC staff in evaluating concession requests and field design changes submitted by the contractor. • Assist PMC staff in reviewing contractors’ close‑out reports. • Coordinate QA/QC efforts across all disciplines and contractors.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a higher qualification. • Significant experience in QA/QC on similar projects. • IRCA‑registered lead auditor familiar with ISO 9000 series requirements.
