What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with 3–5 years of mechanic experience on diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment preferred. Desired qualifications include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting abilities, flexibility in a fast‑paced setting, and possibly bilingual skills; candidates may need to supply their own tools. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs • Physical demands include lifting 50+ lbs, bending, squatting, and indoor/outdoor work
