Your expertise in modeling, Excel, and large data sets will help elevate sales and marketing strategies for smarter, faster decisions. • Analyze weekly and monthly POS data to create executive‑level insights. • Contribute to strategic planning for customer line reviews and enterprise initiatives. • Monitor financial, operational, and strategic KPIs and investigate key variances. • Deliver KPI reporting that supports senior leadership decision‑making. • Lead Kaizen projects to boost forecasting accuracy, reduce costs, and improve reporting efficiency. • Own sales commission planning with a focus on accuracy and optimization. • Collaborate with IT on system audits to maintain data integrity across financial platforms.

What You Bring
To thrive as a Sales Analyst, you must bring sharp analytical skills, a love for big data, and the drive to influence high‑level financial decisions. In this role you will partner with Business Unit leaders and executive leadership to shape annual operating plans, long‑range strategies, and enterprise‑wide initiatives. You will analyze retail POS performance, uncover business drivers, and support strategic reviews that impact the entire company while improving forecasting and strengthening reporting processes. • Hold a high school diploma; BS/BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance preferred. • Demonstrate strong Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BusinessObjects preferred.

Behr Paint Company offers this full‑time position in the United States with a hiring range of $91,700 – $144,100, subject to experience, education, location, and skills. The role follows a hybrid schedule with an optional 9/80 work pattern, providing every other Friday off.
