About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, cash‑drawer audits, bank deposits, payment reminders, collection calls, and routine cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions. • Sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls. • Clean and maintain interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift, including stairs.

What You Bring
