About the Role
In this position you will manage production schedules according to capacity and order demand, collaborate with production teams to achieve timely output and balance workloads, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts for order expediting, material pull‑in, rescheduling, and reallocation. You will also monitor inventory levels, work closely with purchasing to balance supply and replenishment, and drive initiatives that reduce SMI, improve inventory turns, and promote continuous process improvement. • Manage production schedule based on capacity and order requirements • Drive on‑time output and level production to support productivity improvement • Coordinate cross‑functional order expediting, material pull‑in, rescheduling and reallocation • Monitor material input and inventory levels, balancing supply with purchasing • Reduce SMI and improve inventory turn through regular reviews and actions • Initiate continuous process improvement activities • Work flexible hours to align work with peak productivity

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on material and production planning, strong Oracle knowledge, and advanced skills in OA software such as Excel and Access. Excellent communication abilities and proficient English, both spoken and written, are also required. • Manufacturing site experience with material and production planning background • Strong Oracle knowledge • Proficient in OA software, especially Excel and Access • Strong communication skills • Fluent in English, both oral and written
