About the Role

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst will handle the technical day‑to‑day operation, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of WM’s PAM program. This role secures privileged credentials, monitors sessions, manages Non‑Human accounts, and implements just‑in‑time access across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments while partnering with infrastructure, application, cloud, DevOps, and audit teams. • Configure and manage password vaults, credential rotation policies, access workflows, and session recording. • Onboard and maintain privileged, Non‑Human, and application accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms. • Implement just‑in‑time and time‑bound privileged access controls. • Integrate PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS applications, IGA, SIEM, and ticketing systems. • Automate privileged access onboarding and workflows using APIs, PowerShell, Python, and REST. • Investigate PAM alerts, support incident response, and ensure compliance with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and HIPAA. • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and manage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through scripting and automation.

The position is based onsite at WM’s downtown Houston corporate headquarters, Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work‑from‑home day on Friday. It requires standard office ergonomics, occasional handling of objects under 30 pounds, and may include on‑call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
