About the Role
The Branch Manager, titled "Profit Center Manager," is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a rental center business unit. This role leads all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics while achieving financial and performance goals and managing operational and financial reporting functions. What You Bring
Candidates should have a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental‑industry experience or 3‑4 years of industry experience, plus a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills are essential, as is an understanding of P&L, financial controls, and experience in outside sales, negotiation, or construction markets. The role requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, lifting 50 pounds or more, and work in indoor and outdoor environments, and Sunbelt is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Business Management degree or 3‑4 years rental industry experience • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Strong leadership and communication abilities • Understanding of P&L and key financial controls • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing • Construction or industrial market experience (helpful) • High accountability, time management, and willingness to learn

The base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 to $97,317.00, with the starting rate varying based on location, education, training, and experience.
