About the Role
The Ready‑Mix Driver role involves safely operating a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete, performing routine vehicle inspections, communicating with dispatch and customers, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, following safety protocols, and supporting plant operations as needed. • Operate ready‑mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites. • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and teammates. • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to safety protocols. • Support plant operations to ensure workflow continuity. • Work in conditions with moving equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and high noise.

The work environment consists of moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles. • Strong focus on safety, reliability, teamwork, and adaptability. • Able to work in fast‑paced, physically demanding environments. • Clear and professional communication skills. • Pass pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, background check; some roles require ongoing FMCSA testing.
