About the Role

The Ready‑Mix Driver role involves safely operating a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete, performing routine vehicle inspections, communicating with dispatch and customers, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, following safety protocols, and supporting plant operations as needed. • Operate ready‑mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites. • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and teammates. • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to safety protocols. • Support plant operations to ensure workflow continuity. • Work in conditions with moving equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and high noise.
