About the Role
As an Action Line TO, you will be responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. You will promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture, supervise and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, and maintain a professional and personal image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers. • Generate maximum sales efficiencies and meet or exceed net sales targets. • Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture. • Supervise and lead sales line activities through mentoring and best‑practice reinforcement. • Maintain a professional image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
