About the Role
The Project Engineer – Civil role in Project and Development Services works closely with the project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects while supporting larger ones. As a leader, you will optimize team performance, streamline reporting, communication, and procedures, and set clear project objectives. You will build strong client relationships by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will manage professional consultants for design and documentation, administer vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, identify project risks and implement mitigation measures, and produce regular project reports, analyses, and reviews. • Collaborate with project managers to drive project success and oversee small projects. • Lead team organization, streamline reporting, communication, and procedures. • Maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and constraints. • Manage consultants for design and documentation. • Administer vendor contracts ensuring legal compliance. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. • Prepare project reports, analyses, and reviews. • Promote collaborative relationships with superiors, peers, and clients.
