• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through completion. • Coordinate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams. • Develop project schedules and manage timelines and budgets. • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. • Support automation and technology upgrades in production. • Collaborate on quality assurance and compliance initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools. • Manage capital equipment investments and commissioning.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Experience in manufacturing project management. • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control. • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
