About the Role

• Receive incoming USPS and overnight courier mail and parcels. • Sort and distribute all incoming mail on the same day of receipt. • Resolve issues with incorrect or returned mail. • Pickup outgoing mail from mail stops and apply correct postage. • Process outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and request funding for postage. • Ensure the office is adequately stocked with mail supplies. • Stock copy rooms and printing devices with paper, toner, and office supplies. • Service copy machines, addressing paper jams and replacing interchangeable parts. • Organize and replenish break rooms with coffee supplies. • Maintain cleanliness of break rooms by wiping counters and equipment daily. • Walk the facility and log Corrigo work orders for building issues (e.g., torn carpet, damaged ceiling tiles). • Respond to Corrigo work orders related to Mail Services, opening tickets same day, updating notes, and closing within due date. • Notify the Facility Manager if additional time is needed to resolve a ticket. • Track daily workflow by logging tasks and activity on the Volume Report. • Submit the volume report to the Lead weekly. • Provide employee move services as requested by the Facility Manager. • Adhere to internal procedures and the Mail Services National Playbook. • Collaborate with the Lead to update internal procedures for site‑specific tasks.

What You Bring

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Mailroom Associate for our client site in Reston, Virginia. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously, and possess excellent customer service skills. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1–2 years of related experience. • Clean driving record and reliable transportation. • Strong customer service and white‑glove service skills. • Self‑motivated, organized, with strong time‑management abilities. • Attention to detail. • Ability to spend much of the day on feet and lift up to 50 lb. • Knowledge of Corrigo and reprographic equipment is a plus.

The position offers a salary of $39,520‑$41,600 annually ($19‑$20 hourly) on a 1st shift schedule, with no visa sponsorship.
