About the Role

As a Facilities Executive you will work with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a property. You will ensure administrative, security and facility services run smoothly, continuously improve processes and keep the property well‑stocked. You will manage supply and service contracts, support emergency evacuation and crisis‑management plans, and monitor health and safety issues. Budget oversight, petty‑cash management and vendor invoice compliance are also part of the role. • Oversee daily property operations, including administrative, security, and facility services. • Ensure continuous process improvement and maintain adequate supplies and materials. • Manage supply and service contracts in line with client approvals. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Monitor health and safety concerns and support related reviews. • Control property budget, petty cash, and ensure vendor invoice compliance. • Resolve complex issues and identify opportunities to enhance operations. • Achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements. • Conduct routine service audits and prepare stock, meeting, and monthly management reports.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel/building management, with three to five years of facilities‑management experience and solid knowledge of occupational safety. Strong team‑leadership, improvement‑plan execution, and superior communication and reporting skills are essential. • Hold a degree in business, hotel or building management. • Possess 3‑5 years of facilities‑management experience. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety. • Proven team‑leadership and ability to implement improvement plans. • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
