Applicants must have acceptable disciplinary and attendance records, a color‑acuity score of 40 or less, and be qualified as a PQR Expert. Prior machine‑operating experience, problem‑solving skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lb are required. Certification in confined spaces, fall protection, or a commitment to obtain such training is also expected, and a Human Performance Evaluation may be required. The role requires strong language skills to read and interpret safety rules, specifications, standard work instructions, and systems such as MPS, SFM, QMS, and ERP. Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and reasoning skills to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and understand daily reports are essential. Physical demands include regular standing, walking, and use of hands, with occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lb. The work environment may involve exposure to moving equipment, fumes or airborne particles, and moderate noise levels; reasonable accommodations are provided when needed.
