About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in line with established standards, instructions, and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors using both light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, spot cleaning and periodically shampooing rugs, dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces, and conducting high dusting as needed. The role also involves cleaning interior windows, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows, washing interior walls, maintaining restrooms by restocking supplies and performing thorough cleaning, monitoring fixtures for defects, handling building trash and liners, and removing snow from entrances and walkways when directed. • Sweep, mop, and clean floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs and perform spot cleaning and periodic shampooing. • Clean interior windows, glass panels, and wash walls as needed. • Maintain restrooms, restock supplies, and monitor fixtures for issues. • Collect and dispose of building trash; replace liners per specifications. • Remove snow from entrances and walkways when directed. • Perform periodic polishing of leather, wood surfaces, and wall washing. • Follow direction, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate with team. • Operate portable backpack vacuums and other cleaning equipment.

What You Bring

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $15.48 to $18.21 per hour, with competitive pay based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
