About the Role

The Shipping and Logistics Assistant at the Luton plant ensures that products reach both internal and external customers on schedule while supporting import and export administration. This role serves as the central liaison for key customers, overseeing shipping arrangements and collaborating closely with planning and operations to align order fulfillment. The position also contributes to the company's continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, participating in health and safety programs, and coordinating with finance, the GTM team, freight forwarders, and the credit department to support accurate revenue recognition and trade documentation. • Primary point of contact for key customers’ shipping needs • Coordinate and support EXW shipments, including customer arrangements and freight quotes • Manage customer-specific documentation such as Chamber of Commerce forms, Certificates of Origin, ATRs, and stamped invoices • Liaise with planning, operations, finance, and GTM teams to ensure order shipment and month‑end revenue recognition • Work with freight forwarders and credit team on letters of credit • Participate in health & safety, continuous improvement, and performance‑enhancing meetings

What You Bring

Candidates should possess strong English skills, experience in supply chain or international shipping, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, as well as an understanding of freight forwarding regulations.
