About the Role
The Counter Sales Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call clients, processing and pulling orders, communicating product features and warranty information, and providing technical advice and troubleshooting support. • Deliver exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. • Process orders, generate quotes, and enter order information into the system. • Pull and prepare orders as required. • Communicate product features, benefits, warranty policies, and provide technical advice. • Upsell related products, extensions, and promote current promotions. • Utilize sales order software (preferably Oracle) to manage transactions. • Apply knowledge of construction and industrial products to troubleshoot customer issues.

What You Bring
