About the Role
The company is hiring a Learning & Development Lead for the Europe region at Associate Director level, reporting to the European HR Operations Director. This role will define, implement and manage the overall L&D strategy across Europe, creating a framework for change management and training of new systems and processes. Key duties include assessing training needs, designing and delivering programs, managing the L&D budget, and evaluating initiative effectiveness. The Lead will collaborate with change‑management professionals, senior management, and external partners, while also supervising regional L&D Coordinators remotely. • Lead L&D integration projects and change management across Europe. • Design, implement and evaluate training programs for new systems, processes, and business units, accounting for language and cultural differences. • Develop and maintain the Europe L&D strategy, framework, and talent identification processes. • Manage the L&D budget to ensure cost‑effective resource allocation. • Oversee the full lifecycle of learning programs, from planning through evaluation and improvement. • Source and manage external partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver training. • Supervise regional L&D Coordinators remotely. • Stay current with L&D trends and implement innovative learning technologies.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources Development or a similar field, and possess 4‑5 years of senior L&D experience in an international setting, ideally within the building or real‑estate sector. They must understand adult learning principles, be proficient with learning technologies and LMS tools, and demonstrate strong project‑management, analytical and communication skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Psychology, HR Development or related discipline. • possess 4‑5 years senior L&D experience in an international, preferably Building/Real Estate, environment. • Apply adult learning principles and best practices, with proficiency in LMS and multimedia tools. • Exhibit strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
