About the Role

Complete weekly property inspections with a focus on resident balconies/patios and amenities Inspect apartments as needed to maintain property standards Assist with in-house transfers, adding/removing roommates, and lease renewals Prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with paperwork flow and verifications Maintain accurate resident files, including renewals, resident retention programs, and lease changes As a Resident Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents. You will help plan events, conduct property inspections, manage resident files, and assist with communication between residents and leadership. Provide input on setting the agenda for weekly and monthly staff meetings Record and track all resident correspondence in Yardi Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with property-related tasks Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies Are you passionate about customer service and creating positive living environments? In this role, you will play a key part in managing resident services, assisting with property operations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. What You Bring

Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment Bilingual preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Sales and/or customer service training Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 3-5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Resident Engagement, Correspondence, and Follow-Up Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
