About the Role
The Senior Technical Executive is responsible for supervising service providers to ensure that all work is performed safely, correctly, and delivered on schedule. This role supports the Facilities Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of the site and addresses any building service failures that arise. Key duties include planning, organising, and overseeing contractors for both scheduled and ad‑hoc maintenance activities, as well as implementing routine checks and preventive maintenance strategies. The executive also sources, negotiates, and monitors repair and replacement contracts to guarantee compliance with specifications, and prepares monthly and incident reports for the site. • Supervise service providers ensuring safe, on‑time execution of work. • Assist Facilities Manager in daily operations and troubleshoot building service failures. • Plan, organise, and monitor contractors for scheduled and ad‑hoc maintenance, including preventive checks. • Source, negotiate, and follow up on repair and replacement contracts to meet specifications. • Prepare monthly and incident reports for the site.

What You Bring
