About the Role

In this role you will manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, align hiring needs with leaders, build and maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions while delivering a consistent, professional candidate experience and keeping accurate data in the ATS. • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define hiring priorities • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach • Screen and qualify applicants while maintaining active pipelines • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus) and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. • Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) • Bachelor’s degree preferred
