About the Role

We are offering a challenging, full‑time Services Analytical Specialist role to support the Data & Information team in Service Operations. The team leverages Big Data and digital technologies to give customers greater control of their operations, enabling a shift from reactive, rapid‑response actions to more efficient, risk‑aware, and predictable business processes. The Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) Diagnostic Network team responds rapidly to emerging product issues by developing new analytics or configuring live EHM techniques for issue containment. This position focuses on maintaining the data supply chain and configuring the EHM system that provides 24 × 7 monitoring of Rolls‑Royce assets in service, ensuring service continuity and continuous improvement for customers. Key accountabilities include designing, configuring and deploying EHM solutions to improve service effectiveness, capturing improvement requirements through forums such as the Value Delivery Board and Project Zero, and collaborating with customers to enhance the value of EHM services and uncover future opportunities. The role also involves defining testing requirements, supporting the implementation of the new EHM platform, and sharing best practices for EHM toolset design with other teams. • Rapidly design, configure, and deploy Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) solutions. • Capture EHM improvement requirements via Value Delivery Board and Project Zero. • Collaborate with customers to enhance EHM services and identify new opportunities. • Define testing requirements and support implementation of the new EHM platform. • Share and evolve best practices for EHM toolset design across teams. • Work independently and deliver projects on time, cost, and quality. • Pursue continuous learning, take initiative, and lead decisions within a collaborative team.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold an engineering, data science, or IT degree or possess equivalent experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of handling both short‑term deadlines and long‑term projects. Proficiency with IT tools such as SQL, Python, MATLAB, Simulink, Tableau and Power BI is required, alongside the ability to work independently as a team player and deliver projects on time, cost and quality. A broad understanding of EHM service techniques and customer satisfaction drivers is also essential.
