About the Role
A Laborer performs safe and efficient general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center, or landfill. Tasks include yard cleanup, fueling vehicles, general vehicle operation, office maintenance, and related responsibilities. • Clean up work areas. • Clean track on track-type equipment. • Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick‑up. • Operate site vehicles and equipment such as water trucks, pickup trucks, sweepers, mowers, and trimming equipment. • Perform office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks. • Install temporary wind fences as needed. • Direct site traffic when required. • Use health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in the Employee and Family Assistance Program. • Take advantage of employee discount programs. • Prioritize safety for colleagues and communities.
