Associate Manager - O365 Lead

About the Role

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) • Lead on‑premises to M365 migrations with minimal business disruption • Develop and maintain M365 governance, security, and compliance policies • Provide advanced M365 troubleshooting and support alongside IT teams • Integrate M365 services with enterprise applications through cross‑functional collaboration • Stay current on M365 features and train junior engineers and end‑users • Monitor and optimize M365 performance for high availability and reliability • Manage M365 licensing and subscriptions for cost‑effective utilization • Maintain and optimize enterprise messaging environments, including Office 365 and Exchange 2019 • Administer on‑premises Exchange Server environments (install, configure, upgrade) • Design and support migrations from various source technologies using tools like Quest OnDemand, BitTitan, and Sharegate • Administer Microsoft Teams (app management, policy creation, third‑party integration) • Provide high‑availability solutions for Exchange • Plan, configure, and manage messaging and administrative security and auditing • Monitor and troubleshoot servers using Event Viewer, MMC, Exchange Management Shell, and PowerShell • Execute Office 365 migrations and hybrid solutions • Migrate Microsoft messaging technologies to newer versions • Synchronize directories from on‑premises to Office 365 with multiple identity options • Manage security and compliance, including data loss prevention and data governance • Track messages and resolve mail delivery issues • Configure and deploy ATP, DLP, and threat protection policies for spam, phishing, and malware • Apply email security frameworks (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) • Administer Power Platform environments (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Integrate and manage applications and bots within Microsoft Teams • Support diverse IT infrastructure projects and interface with business leaders • Lead large, complex projects across business units and suppliers

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have 7‑10 years of IT experience, particularly with on‑premises to O365 migrations, strong PowerShell scripting skills, and deep knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role. • Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation • 7–10 years of experience in IT or related fields • Experience with on‑premises to O365 cloud solutions • Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC • Proficient PowerShell usage • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and technical abilities • Ability to build customer relationships, work as a team player, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities • Highly motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment • Fluency in German and English
