About the Role

The role involves supervising and coordinating construction activities for assigned tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, with quality, and productively. The supervisor leads a small crew, interprets plans, manages schedule, handles material routing, and maintains records, while coordinating with superintendents and completing daily reports. • Promote and enforce Company safety policies and lead the team in compliance. • Supervise a crew of 1–5 workers in safe, productive construction tasks. • Ensure crew performs work skillfully, efficiently, and on schedule. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders, assigning duties accordingly. • Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and work conditions. • Manage material and equipment routing and lay out work areas. • Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. • Train new workers and assist with jobsite orientation. • Maintain time, production, and equipment/material transfer records. • Coordinate activities with the jobsite superintendent or foreman. • Complete daily project reports and pre‑plan daily activities. • Monitor small tooling maintenance, storage, and site materials. • Complete required employee documentation as needed. • Travel to different job sites on short notice. • Apply common‑sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED plus at least one year of construction experience, or equivalent training. They need strong safety awareness, blueprint reading, communication, management, and basic math skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and follow written or verbal instructions. • High school diploma/GED plus ≥1 year construction experience or equivalent training. • Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints. • Strong communication and management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines. • Capable of reading and writing simple instructions and memos. • Able to present information to small groups. • Basic math proficiency, including fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, percentages, and bar graphs.
