About the Role

Key responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring contractual requirements are met on time and within budget, and overseeing the financial performance of each assignment. The manager will coordinate resources, handle sub‑contractor relationships, perform on‑site services, present progress reports, troubleshoot design and system issues, and act as the subject‑matter expert for Automated Logic products. • Manage projects per established processes, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, billing, revenue forecasting, and A/R collections. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, updating them monthly. • Coordinate material procurement and shared resources, addressing constraints with corrective actions. • Manage sub‑contractor relationships, identifying issues and implementing remediation plans. • Perform on‑site services such as equipment servicing, upgrades, and diagnostic procedures. • Prepare and present progress reports to track targets and inform stakeholders. • Troubleshoot technical problems, interpret test data, and recommend design or system solutions. • Communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior management. • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to align tasks with overall project objectives. • Maintain regular customer contact to provide updates, address issues, and suggest enhancements. • Identify project risks early and propose effective resolutions to keep projects on track.

Basic qualifications consist of a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience in construction, HVAC, or building automation, one year of Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, hands‑on experience with Automated Logic controls, strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated expertise in project financial reporting. • Possess 5+ years of construction, HVAC, or building‑automation experience and a valid driver’s license. • Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred). • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
