What You Bring
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Buffalo, NY who enjoys new challenges, leads by example, and strives to create happy residents through superior customer service and a well‑maintained property. In this role you will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensure timely completion of work orders, coordinate with vendors, manage supply ordering, handle apartment turns and service requests, and maintain the overall condition of the community. • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably HVAC/electrical • 1–3 years of supervisory experience • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Demonstrated leadership with background in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair • Experience gathering bids, communicating with vendors, and organizing schedules via email • Skilled in apartment turnovers and vendor negotiation • Knowledge of residential repairs and safe use of hand/power tools and equipment • Strong organizational abilities • Availability for emergency on‑call rotation
