About the Role

Assemblers operate both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards. They are expected to interpret technical documents, maintain precise tolerances, and ensure product quality. • Construct and assemble sub‑assemblies such as shafts, pulleys, bearings, gearboxes, and conveyor components. • Perform fitting, assembly, repair, and refit of products. • Read and interpret blueprints and bills of material; set critical bearing clearances independently. • Work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a high school diploma and possess some mechanical experience, with a preference for additional exposure to electrical or hydraulic systems. Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills are essential. • Use hand tools (drills, grinders, sockets, wrenches) and company‑provided larger tools; possess own hand tools. • High school diploma; 0‑2 years mechanical experience (2‑4 years preferred); knowledge of electrical/hydraulic assembly a plus. • Basic mathematical skills; ability to read blueprints. • Strong verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities. • Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and time‑management skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
