What You Bring
The position is designed for individuals to learn and perform basic-level tasks and activities related to the specific process or business unit they are assigned to. It provides an entry point for gaining practical experience within the organization. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification. While prior experience in audit, accounts, and finance is advantageous, strong communication and analytical abilities are also valued. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures • Required: B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent degree) • Preferred: 6 months audit, accounts & finance experience; similar process experience a plus • Strong communication and analytical skills valued even without prior experience • Physical demands: repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, prolonged sitting, talking, and hearing
