In this role you will develop strategic sales plans for E‑House offerings, medium‑voltage switchgear, and medium‑voltage bus across Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. You will monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor pricing, while building rapport and strategic relationships with current and potential customers. Delivering powerful presentations of the company’s value proposition and crafting deal strategies for short‑term projects and long‑term partnerships are key responsibilities, as is planning a weekly travel schedule to meet customers, traveling up to 50% of the time. • Develop and execute sales strategies for E‑House, medium‑voltage switchgear, and bus across the central US region. • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations to inform sales tactics. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers; deliver compelling value‑proposition presentations. • Design and negotiate deal strategies for short‑term projects and long‑term partnerships across multiple sales channels. • Plan and execute weekly travel to meet customers, traveling up to 50% of the time.

We are seeking a dynamic, high‑performing Regional Sales Manager for the central US to lead day‑to‑day sales activities, deliver personalized customer service, and continuously hunt and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent outside‑sales experience, and brings at least five years of outside sales and account‑management experience in the utility or industrial sector, preferably with technical knowledge of E‑House, medium‑voltage switchgear, or bus. Experience leading a team of sales professionals, manufacturing rep agencies, or a multi‑channel sales region is preferred, as is consultative selling into refining, power, and heavy‑industrial industries. This position is 100 % remote within the sales territory and requires a valid driver’s licence. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent outside‑sales experience; 5+ years of technical sales in utilities or industrial sectors. • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams, manufacturing rep agencies, or multi‑channel regions preferred. • Ability to work remotely from a home office within the sales territory; valid driver’s licence required.
