About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers belong to the Retail Marketing team, promoting affordable, family‑friendly mini vacation packages at Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® retail locations nationwide. In this role you will lead a high‑performing, forward‑facing sales team of three to four Sales Representatives, handling staffing, development, and day‑to‑day leadership to generate leads and sell vacation packages.
