About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience, attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The position works a shift of Monday‑Friday and every other weekend from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Servers provide courteous service throughout the dining experience, ensuring meals are delivered promptly and the dining area remains clean and welcoming. They also support additional tasks such as tray delivery to apartments and proper labeling of food items as needed. • Greet and seat residents and guests promptly and professionally. • Serve food efficiently and with a professional demeanor. • Clean and sanitize the dining room, chairs, windows, floors, and work areas after every meal period. • Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed. • Label and date all food items. • Adhere to the drug‑free workplace policy.

What You Bring
Applicants must be at least 16 years old, detail‑oriented, flexible, safety‑aware and able to work as part of a team. A positive criminal background check and compliance with the company’s drug‑free workplace policy are required; prior food‑serving experience is preferred.
