About the Role

This role oversees project management of code compliance initiatives, including plan review, technical support, inspections, and monitoring of performance and budgetary conditions. It also involves proposal preparation, attending site meetings, and resolving technical and administrative challenges. Additionally, the position mentors and trains building inspectors and contributes to profit and loss management, marketing services, client interaction, and business development related to code inspections. • Manage code compliance projects, including plan reviews, technical support, inspections, and performance/budget monitoring. • Prepare proposals and attend site meetings to address technical and administrative issues. • Mentor and train building inspectors. • Assist with profit & loss management and market services through client interactions and business development. • Maintain valid ICC certifications (B2, M2, P2, E2).

What You Bring

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years of experience inspecting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems or conducting plan reviews. Valid ICC certifications (B2, M2, P2, E2) are required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary for any driving duties on behalf of an ECS subsidiary. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of code compliance inspection experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license for company-related driving.
