About the Role

Are you motivated, persistent, and ready to grow your sales career? As an Outside Sales Representative with Badger, you will manage a territory that includes both established customers and untapped potential, spending most of your time in the field meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and closing business. In this role you will be responsible for generating new revenue, strengthening existing customer relationships, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, monitoring market trends, collaborating on sales strategies, and tracking opportunities in the CRM to forecast results. • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams. • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships within the territory. • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts for profitable outcomes. • Deliver presentations and sales strategies that showcase Badger’s value. • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends. • Collaborate with local branch on sales action plans and strategy. • Track and manage opportunities in CRM to forecast and report results.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with three to five years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably with knowledge of construction, utilities, mining, or environmental services. Success requires the ability to develop long‑term client relationships, confidence in presenting, negotiating and closing deals, strong planning and organizational skills, proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and a self‑starting attitude that balances independent work with teamwork. • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a record of exceeding targets. • Preferred industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining, or environmental services. • Proven ability to develop and maintain long‑term client relationships. • Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
