About the Role
The role involves designing delegated elements of architectural projects to the concept stage, ensuring they meet business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements, and supporting the area/team with established technical capabilities. • Deliver delegated design elements in line with contract requirements. • Maintain up‑to‑date training and understand statutory and regulatory requirements. • Engage with business improvement initiatives. • Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff. • Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders. • Support operational delivery of team and regional strategy. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions.
