About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, lead by example, and uphold the company’s safety culture. You will guide multiple crews, ensure deadlines are met, maintain project quality, and provide excellent customer service when interfacing with clients. • Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (aerial and underground) • Lead by example and support the company‑wide safety culture • Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers • Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, consistently delivers high‑quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. You bring leadership experience in telecom construction—including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading—and are comfortable coaching and mentoring a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are required, and relevant MOS codes are a plus.
