About the Role
The role involves carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of Johnson Controls installed systems, as well as attending to customer requests and complaints regarding system operations, working conditions, and required repairs. Key duties include performing planned system checks, verifying the proper operation of all auxiliary devices, calibrating system sensors, rectifying problems identified during maintenance, and generating service reports for customers while ensuring timely delivery. The position also requires handling non‑contract service calls and breakdowns, assisting the supervisor with variation orders and system enhancements, and coordinating billing and payment follow‑up. • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on Johnson Controls systems. • Respond to customer requests, complaints, and repair needs. • Perform planned system and auxiliary device checks. • Calibrate system sensors regularly. • Diagnose and rectify issues discovered during maintenance. • Generate and deliver timely service reports to customers. • Handle non‑contract service calls and emergency breakdowns. • Assist supervisor in identifying variation orders and system enhancements. • Notify supervisor for billing and follow up on payments.

What You Bring
