About the Role
• Respond to guest requests promptly. • Report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms. • Replace used linens, towels, and supplies; transport clean and dirty laundry. • Keep work carts and stations organized for efficiency. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and OSHA standards. • Clean corridors, landings, stairwells, and perform vacuuming, carpet and heavy cleaning of assigned units and public areas. • Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory.

What You Bring
• Possess prior hotel housekeeping experience. • Communicate in basic English to greet guests and handle special requests. • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with reasonable accommodations as needed. • Prior customer service or houseperson experience and hospitality background valued.
