About the Role
• Read and interpret blueprints and routings to produce parts to specifications. • Perform first‑piece and ongoing inspections to ensure assembly quality. • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized. • Follow all machine operation and guarding safety rules. • Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety. • Assemble manufactured and purchased components into subassemblies or final products using required tools. • Operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, presses, and power tools. • Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 30 lb regularly. • Follow work order instructions and prepare basic production reports. • Apply visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate machines and inspect parts accurately.
