About the Role

• Install and maintain nVent High‑Density Liquid Cooling products at global data center sites. • Travel to client locations to provide installation, maintenance, and warranty support. • Communicate technical information during updates, reviews, and troubleshooting sessions. • Contribute to project planning by defining tasks, timelines, and budgets. • Collaborate with engineers and CAD designers on prototype and pilot design projects. • Represent nVent professionally as the trusted client point of contact. • Deliver clear product or technical training.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of data‑center maintenance and installation experience, preferably with high‑density liquid cooling. • Read electrical and mechanical drawings; proficient in CAD software and Visio. • Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting, heat transfer, and numerical methods. • Familiarity with NEC, IEC, IEEE standards and regulations. • Basic understanding of power distribution, heat tracing, and control/monitoring systems. • Work remotely from anywhere in the US and travel 50‑70% of the time, including international trips. • Valid driver’s license.
